Common Questions

Why have you done this - it was free before?

I have spend a lot of time working on the original version, and I have never had to buy anything so I didn't have to charge. But now to enhance Fonebook I have had to buy licenses and certificates and it hardly seems fair I should pay for that all by myself!

If im already a Pro member with a few days remaining will I lose any of that time if I buy another membership?

No - all additional time purchased is added to your current membership (the only exception is the lifetime membership. I can't promise you will live longer for buyer a life time membership when you already have a little bit of time remaining. Sorry :-)

    This version fixes a few bugs from 2.5.5. This should be much more stable so its worth upgrading! Thanks Ross

    Finally! After many long hours Fonebook V2 is now ready! There are some great new features, including the ability to copy far bigger profile images into outlook, much more use info, performance improvements, ability to handle far more Facebook friends (3000+), Safer updates (information is appended to, never overwritten), and finally Click Once deployment to help ensure you are always using the latest version! This version is a recommended upgrade for all users but it is not compatible with the 64 bit version of Outlook 2010... yet!   • Fonebook V1.9.9.8 Released
    The next (and hopefully final version of Fonebook V1.x) has been released. a few minor bug fixes but one big new feature. You can now sync even bigger photos (up to 604pixels) if you want to. This is a pro only feature available from the settings menu. If you are not pro and would like to test this then send me an email and I will extend your trial a bit. Please read the warning and ensure you back up your contact folder!!! I think there is still an issue around the friends list. If you do see an error round there PLEASE report it to me!! Thanks Ross
